@GovNedLamont@MayorMark Although I doubt you're going to read this directly, something really has to be done about the @EversourceCT stranglehold on CT's energy choices. Its just downright criminal the lack of preparation that went into this and now they're trying to get more money from us! #WTH
@EversourceCT And runaround with stupid PR attempts was the first strike. But now you're charing me a shit load of money while probably not taking into account that my town didn't have power for over a week! I feel bad for the person thats taking my call tomorrow. Eversource is truly the worst
@EversourceCT As for the people at the very top of @EversourceCT , your conduct and lack of foresight and preparedness was just f**king criminal. I'm not going to complain about food loss since your last screw up led me to get a generator. But the constant inaccurate communication (2/3)
@EversourceCT To all the line workers who gave so much to get us back up, I can't thank you enough for all you've done as well as the customer care folks answering calls and dealing with the angst. You all are the true heroes and should be recognized for such (1/3)
@EversourceCT Finally my exact neighborhood is showing up on this map and yet this is saying we’ve been out since yesterday at 7pm but no we’ve been out since last Tuesday! What in actual F**k! How is this still an issue in 2020! OMFG
@EversourceCT Finally some transparency... Tuesday at noon... wow!!! If you had just done this sooner you could have saved a bit of headache. Thanks to all the crews but who ever leads the communications should be removed. So many damn fumbles it’s unreal. Eversource blows
@EversourceCT First I get a text that its going to be restored this afternoon. Tick tock hours pass and no power. And now i've been barred to see any update whatsoever. You wonder why people like me are enraged. Christ please get your shit together.
@NBCConnecticut Going solar by the time that happens. Tired of the lack of transparency, piss poor preparation and now getting blatantly ripped off. Nope I’m over it
@EversourceCT We’re quickly approaching 48 hours since the map said “evaluating outage” and it still remains there. I hate to be another Twitter rant, but this is beyond atrocious. I’m definitely looking into solar with battery storage. So tired of this. 4 times since I came to ct already.
