Today I remember SSgt James Malachowski, USMC. I never met this Marine and had he lived I may have never heard his name. However, on 20 Mar 2011, he was killed in action by an IED. When this happens, the Marine Corps dispatches CACO's to notify the next of kin.

@ATT my dad tried taking care of fraudulent accounts starting Mar 26 and did not get any help and since then he has passed away and no one from the stores, the app, or your customer service has provided any real assistance

The store didn’t help. Your customer service wasted my time and couldn’t help because they couldn’t verify or access the account because the owner is dead. The fraud case I submitted 30 days ago, they told me to just keep waiting while you stress my mother out. Need help. @ATT

and just says they can cancel the accounts but she’d have to pay $1k’s for early cancellation charges and devices they never received. And on top of that you continue to send her bills causing her more stress. @ATT
