One of the worst displays of hitting in a baseball game I have ever seen. Two teams with enormously talented hitters had a really selfish approach. The @whitesox need to take a hard look at what the hell their approach is/was. Terrible approach.

Great point your making. Lower level umpires are calling more balls with yank and snatch movements. Anything deceiving or tricky is a ball most of the time. Presentation of pitch should be priority not a yank or a snatch!

I am so tired of catchers trying to buy strikes with framing. Does it ever work. I see umps make bad calls, but I don't see it happening because of framing. Plus, with ABS whats the point. I think since 2022 there has been spike in passed balls and wild pitches. Will Smith gave up a run the other night on what was called a wild pitch, but he was trying to yank it back over the plate and missed it completely..
