All encapped, and ready to go!
Here's to the launch of CHIMERA GEO 1, our first OTV designed for high energy transfers.
Boasting over 1.7 km/s of delta-v, this vehicle is already setting a number of industry firsts, and is but a glimpse of many more things to come.
Thanks to all our customers, investors, and partners for joining us on the ride, and see you all around the Moon!
Athena completed all integration milestones and is safely encapsulated within @SpaceX's payload fairing in preparation for launch.

T-7 Days until we make history as the first privately funded company to reach Deep Space.
We're about to make the unbelievable absolutely fucking believable.
Experience the New Glenn launch from inside Hangar C! Turn up your volume! We will use this to help prepare the facility for future launches. Congrats, @blueorigin, on successful launch!

Wild times! Jared Isaacman to lead NASA as its Administrator. Awesome to see astronauts continue to lead NASA, this is a tradition that should not be broken. I'm excited by this announcement and looking forward to his confirmation.
Politically, he elevates moderation. He believes that solving complex problems requires empathy, understanding, and genuine dialogue—giving a seat at the table to those we strongly disagree with—in stark contrast to the administration he's named to the position by.
Our current reality has elevated figures, an administration, and fellow appointees, who often reject these values, in most every regard, and in doing so, often leave half the United States feeling that finding common ground with those who disagree is evermore difficult.
Being a voice for nuance like this is vital and people like Jared are crucial to bringing opposing viewpoints together. I think it will be incredibly difficult, though, to stand up for these moderate viewpoints, morals, and values when the going gets tough. Jared is a declared moderate swimming in an administration of staunch loyalists.
To state the obvious, he's heavily involved with SpaceX. Remaining impartial here while enhancing the whole of the commercial space market and future of space exploration will be key.
I am eager to see how he navigates these challenges as NASA's Administrator and pushes forward the whole of spaceflight, commercial and otherwise.
Growing up and discovering my love of spaceflight, the photo of Earthrise captured my interest from the start. Taken on Apollo 8 around the Moon on December 24, 1968.
The fragile blue marble with a thin film of life, rising in a desolate void. Our home.
Thank you Bill Anders.
There are no words that can describe the feeling that comes with propelling two people into the cosmos on a pillar of flame. The list of those who have launched humans into space is short. It's simply an honor to be counted among them.
Godspeed Butch & Suni. Fly Calypso Fly.
57 years ago today, a fire broke out in a spacecraft during a routine ground test. Tonight I was able to sit alongside the children and grandchildren of Gus, Ed and Roger as we remembered their sacrifice and the failure of imagination that we must never forget.
A week has passed, and I’m still at a loss for words. So many 12+ hour work days and weekends spent checking and re-checking every critical item.
There were probably over a million pieces in it, and they all worked at the same time.
Let’s do it again.
One week ago this morning, I had the distinct honor of saying "Go" for Centaur LO2 and Haz Gas for my first time on console. It wasn't an easy road getting back to launching after our Vulcan test campaign but damn does it feel good to be back. Let's do it again, yeah?
