Been on the sidelines far too long.
Going all in on ecom.
One Shopify dropshipping store.
100 days.
6 hours a day around school, plus any time before and after they sleep.
I’m not selling a course.
I won’t hide the ugly days.
What I will do:
• show daily revenue, spend, costs
• only count debt as paid when money actually leaves
• let you influence decisions while they’re still open
Can $1,900 clear $92,356 in 100 days with ecom, or am I just going to publicly humiliate myself?

14 orders.
NET + $199 after ads, product, shipping and fees.

That feels pretty crazy right now.

I shouldn’t have gone that hard on day 1.
Four campaigns was aggressive.

Today CPMs really came down a lot.
CVR went up a lot.

I don’t really know the next move other than leave the ads that are buying and stop touching the ones that aren’t.

Do I just let it ride, or do I bump spend up 20% in the morning?

Tomorrow I’m binge watching Meta ads content

One ad set bought 4 times at $8 CPA.
Two sets have spent and sold nothing.
Those two I think are getting cut.

Just keeping the day green
and stopping the ads that are not buying.
