BREAKING: Iran has attacked an oil tanker named “Skylight” near the Straight of Hormuz.
Maersk is now suspending all shipments through the Strait of Hormuz.
Yesterday I attended the @DCGuard1802’s Law Enforcement Appreciation Award Ceremony.
President Trump’s federal surge into Washington, D.C. has saved lives and brought crime in our nation’s capital city to historic lows.
From the Guard and @DHSgov, to the @FBI, @DEAHQ, @USMarshalsHQ, @ATFHQ, @DCPoliceDept, and so many other partners — this has been an incredible example of agencies working together to protect the American people.
It was an honor to recognize so many patriots for their brave work on the streets of Washington, D.C. 🇺🇸
Today, @thejusticedept unsealed an indictment charging 30 more people who took part in the attack on Cities Church in Minnesota.
At my direction, federal agents have already arrested 25 of them, with more to come throughout the day.
YOU CANNOT ATTACK A HOUSE OF WORSHIP. If you do so, you cannot hide from us — we will find you, arrest you, and prosecute you.
This Department of Justice STANDS for Christians and all Americans of faith. 🇺🇸
VICTORY for @POTUS’s big, beautiful ballroom!
@thejusticedept attorneys just defeated a bad-faith left-wing legal attack to try and shut down the President’s East Wing Modernization and State Ballroom Project.
Not only is this great news for our country and visitors to the White House — it’s an important vindication of the President’s authority.
🇺🇸
There is no policy outcome more important than saving American lives. Thank you, @POTUS, for protecting our people — and congratulations on an absolutely epic, historic State of the Union address.
Deporting illegal aliens makes the American people safer.
Today’s court decision allowing @USTreasury to share IRS data with @ICEgov is a crucial victory for President Trump’s agenda to Make America Safe Again. It also reaffirms a simple truth: laws set by Congress must be enforced, not undermined by activist judges.
Our @TheJusticeDept attorneys will continue fighting and WINNING for @POTUS.
Collaborative and productive meeting with our friend @AFergusonFTC today. Pro-competitive partnerships and aggressive enforcement go hand in hand. Big announcements afoot. Stay tuned. https://t.co/RQ9N2YqkzU
I have been speaking with President Trump and coordinating with our federal partners throughout the morning regarding the intrusion and shooting at Mar-A-Lago.
Grateful that @potus and our law enforcement agents are safe.
Our @thejusticedept attorneys are fighting daily in court to protect law enforcement — and we just secured another key victory.
The 9th Circuit has now issued a FULL stay blocking California’s ban on masks for federal law enforcement agents.
Law enforcement officers risk their lives for us, only to be doxxed by radical anti-police activists. Unacceptable.
This crucial ruling protects our brave men and women in the field. We will not stop fighting bad laws like these in California and across the country.
ANOTHER key court victory thanks to our outstanding @TheJusticeDept attorneys.
Following our arguments, a district court in California BLOCKED the enforcement of a law that would have banned federal agents from wearing masks to protect their identities.
These federal agents are harassed, doxxed, obstructed, and attacked on a regular basis just for doing their jobs. We have no tolerance for it.
We will continue fighting and winning in court for President Trump’s law-and-order agenda — and we will ALWAYS have the backs of our great federal law enforcement officers.
Tonight our @TheJusticeDept attorneys secured yet another crucial legal victory in support of @POTUS Trump’s immigration agenda.
The Fifth Circuit just held illegal aliens can rightfully be detained without bond - a significant blow against activist judges who have been undermining our efforts to make America safe again at every turn.
Thank you to Ben Hayes who argued this case, Brett Shumate and the @DOJCivil Division.
We will continue vindicating President Trump’s law and order agenda in courtrooms across the country. 🇺🇸
Zubayr Al-Bakoush landed on American soil at 3 a.m. this morning and was greeted by @FBIDirectorKash and @USAttyPirro. Thank you President Trump for supporting all of our agencies around the country and around the world. We will prosecute this alleged terrorist to fullest extent of the law.
If you come for law enforcement, the Trump Administration will come for you.
Thank you to our outstanding agents for executing yet another arrest — this time, an Antifa domestic terrorist.
Ryan Routh’s heinous attempted assassination of President Trump was not only an attack on our President — it was a direct assault against our entire democratic system.
Thanks to our @TheJusticeDept prosecutors in the National Security Division and the Southern District of Florida, Routh will never walk free again. https://t.co/39Ewm5DaPi
This Department of Justice stands for LIFE. Yesterday, we secured a key legal win for the pro-life cause.
Following strong arguments from our @DOJCivil attorneys, Planned Parenthood DROPPED its own lawsuit against pro-life provisions of the One Big Beautiful Bill. Specifically, Planned Parenthood took issue with the fact that OBBB restricts federal Medicare funding for some major abortion providers.
Our legal team did an incredible job presenting the facts. Planned Parenthood might look for another path to pursue this meritless litigation, but they won’t find a viable one.
We will continue fighting and winning in court to defend President Trump’s agenda – and we will continue fighting for life.
If you riot in a place of worship, we WILL find you.
We have made two more arrests in connection with the coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota: Ian Davis Austin and Jerome Deangelo Richardson.
No one is above the law - judges included.
Using the power of the bench to allegedly take advantage of vulnerable people is a particularly vile crime.
Thank you to our great prosecutors in Eastern Michigan @USAO_MIE for filing charges in this case.
Another HUGE @TheJusticeDept legal win in Minnesota just now: a Biden-appointed district judge denied Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison’s attempt to keep ICE out of Minnesota.
Neither sanctuary policies nor meritless litigation will stop the Trump Administration from enforcing federal law in Minnesota.
