Asking students to put themselves in the oppressor's shoes for the time of an exercise is how you teach white supremacy. It's more subtle and systematic than saying "white people are superior". You teach history from a settler perspective, for example.

It's one thing to strong arm teachers back into classrooms in the middle of a pandemic. It's another not to give them the resources to do so safely, and it's another thing entirely not to include them in pahse 2 vaccines. It's quite apparent the #UCP has a bias against teachers.
