He said how it was being used was wrong because of how it was written. He said he agreed and supported the intent of it, which was that no one should ever be discriminated against based solely on their skin color. He didn't like how it was written because in today's age, people are using it to allow men into women's sports on top of other things.

@Reuters I think there is a history of bad handling of classified or need to know information for a long time now. For both parties. If you didn't hold the first people who were accountable, how do you hold future mistakes accountable?
