@MintMobileCares @JZDu10 Why does Mint force people to have to hunt down their account number? Kind of makes sense it would be right there in account info but it's is no where - you have to chat or call in. Dare Mint to post the average time it takes customers to do that.

@Mintmobile Unlimited isn't worth a darn if you don't have any bars. The coverage map is BS. Mint customer service told me I have to use WiFi calling when indoors - what a hassle having to switch back to my old carrier but at least it works.

@rajdeepsingh77 @jhzhao1981 @Mintmobile Yeah despite the map, service is terrible. I live in a big city (LA) and couldn't get any bars in my house. Mint doesn't give you an account number - you need that if you decide to leave. Read other's accounts about how hard it is to get when you realize that you made a mistake.
