But Yamal’s holistic approach to the game is much healthier because he values pressing as well as output.

If Mbappé hasn’t learned that off the back of him leaving PSG and the club winning back-to-back Champions Leagues with a humble, collective work ethic being a big reason behind that, then he’ll never learn.

It’s a shame, because it limits his tactical potential.
