@politicalfabian Having access to unlimited cheap labor allowed large homebuilders to ignore technological advances and keep building houses like we did in the 70s and 80s. This industry would have evolved if they did not flood the market with illegals and they had been paying market rates.

I am amazed that all his consultants and media buyers can live with themselves taking their fees and 15% and avoiding telling him how unlikeable and condescending toward normal people he comes off as. He could have saved 100s of millions by renting a house in a commuter community and lived off $60,000 for one year.

My guess is the QQQ and other index funds take a huge portion of this deal leaving only enough for all the funds and retail to chase and jack the price up on.

@sama @ShakeelHashim I read the article, I think "incendiary" was pretty soft language. It seems clear that articles like that are pushing mentally ill people to action. I do, however, think you need someone other than you as a spokesperson for your company. You are not great at it.
