JP Nadda is saying that Modi took a pledge to build BJP offices in every district in 2014 and 290 has already been built, 115 are under construction , and land has been acquired for 123.

Journalists claim that each of these offices are of minimum ₹5 crore. From where BJP got this money?

Congress couldn’t built its offices at this scale even after governing for 55 years but BJP got all the money in just 12 years. And then BJP says that Congress is corrupt…😀

The Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench, has held that bank employees do not fall within the definition of “Public Servant” under Section 21 of the IPC and therefore Section 353 IPC cannot be invoked merely because the victim is a bank employee.

Bankers handle public money,comes under essential services, serve citizens/public and implement Govt schemes.

Our Demand: Recognise Bank Employees as “Public Servants” and ensure effective legal protection against assault, threats and obstruction while on duty.
