@hulu_support That's the problem. That now shows basic Hulu, but I never changed it and I don't have an email indicating Hulu changed it. So suddenly it changed and I can't get no ads back on for some reason.

@hulu I am super confused. I was watching shows with no ads on Friday. On Saturday those same shows had ads. I didn't get an email that the No Ads plan I was on changed. So why do I suddenly have ads when watching things that have never had ads before?
