Hermitizing kicked in big time with the Covid Lockdown. That trend didn’t stop even after restrictions were lifted. People got used to the “alone” life. Living life through technology. We’ve seen the preliminary damage to mental health…….actual damage is yet to be reported.

So yes, you’re right, it’s going to get much worse.
