@TUIUK cross the Ts, dot the Is and lose your case!
@TUIGroup have lost my case on the last 2 flights with them. You can't speak to anyone to ask about the process for recovering your case/making a claim! The check in attendant was chatting and put my bag through without a tag!
The disappointment when you get home to eat your @leonrestaurants Thai green chicken curry and realise they’ve given you a Caribbean plantain curry instead 🤷🏻♀️😫
Disgraceful customer service from @Groupon_UK@ticketfactory Ordered Harry Potter tickets&they sent me 200 by mistake. After hours of holding&not calling back they said print any of the 200. Surely 2 people can't use the same ticket&this means one of us won't be able to get in!?
