@danibrodesser In meiner Wohnung in der Wüste in Marokko sind im Moment sogar 38 am Nachmittag. Mein Tipp, ein nasses dünnes Tuch über die Beine zum Schlafen. Muss man ggf nochmals neu nass machen nach ein paar Stunden. Hilft mir aber sehr beim Schlafen!

@Dermatophyt Am Tag nach meinem Sommerurlaub in Deutschland, sind hier in der Wüste immer noch 41 Grad gewesen gestern. Das ist auch nicht OK. Immerhin hat es abends relativ viel geregnet und damit zum Schlafen etwas abgekühlt. Aber heute wird es dann heiß und schwül 🥵🥵
