@botattack69@JimmyHens@spencerpratt Pretty sure the insurance companies dropped about 1600 people shortly before the fires, and no one else will insure them. They are forced to go on the state plan, which apparently is either complicated, extremely costly, or doesn't actually pay for anything.
@DEETHOMPSDUCK@TMZ Perhaps we should be more concerned with WHY his house isn't there anymore, and he never says he lives IN the airstream. He stood in front of it on a burned down lot, saying this is where he lives. I took it as "lives" - sarcasm.
@DEETHOMPSDUCK@TMZ IIRC Karen Bass tried to claim he was ineligible to run for mayor because he didn't "live" on his property. He pointed out that he can't live there because it burned down, so he got the airstream, so he'd have a dwelling on the property to shut up her claim he was ineligible.
@gay_lumberjack Because people who support Spencer are realists with common sense, and we know as much as he SHOULD win, there is so much fraud and corruption that it's basically a given she will win.
@ZannSuz@spencerpratt Oh, I knew he'd destroy them in a debate. All he had to was shut up and let their incompetence speak for itself and then state facts. My cat could have destroyed those 2 clowns, but also, he's incredible and exactly what LA needs.
@JasmineForUS Her inability to function without a teleprompter and oh yeah, that whole failing as a border czar thing, had more to do with it for me than her laugh. Maybe if you'd get this through your head, you'd figure out how to win an election.
Not voting for @spencerpratt because he "lacks experience" is just ignorant. The people with the so-called "experience" are the ones responsible for destroying LA. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity.
I watched the debate tonight- I'm not in CA, but if could vote for @spencerpratt I would. I never thought I'd see the day that Spencer is the adult in the room, but here we are. He was 10x better than both of the clowns he was debating - COMBINED.
As a restaurant owner, I worked hard to make a profit in a business that’s harder than most.
Here’s one small thing that helped my restaurants become more profitable
Menu design.
The menu on the left makes the prices bold and easy to compare in a column.
That trains the customer to shop by price first.
The menu on the right tucks the price after the description.
Now the guest reads the item first, pictures the food, and chooses what sounds best.
That lets you design the menu to guide people toward the items you actually want to sell.
Small detail.
Big difference.
I’ve sold over $100 million worth of food and beverage, and I can tell you this
Profit is usually hiding in the details everyone else ignores.
@RepNancyMace As long as it's ONLY for rotisserie chickens - 100% agree, but I believe he argument is that they're a prepared or warm food, and once you open that door, then fast food could be allowed.
As far back as 2019, Richard Pazdur, then head of OCE at FDA, recognized the importance of lymphocyte count in progression free survival and overall survival in lung cancer. I just discovered this paper today, just as I recently discovered the 2007 NCI workshop report showing the importance of T cell growth factor.
He concludes that "baseline LDH level and dNLR are important prognostic biomarkers irrespective of treatment modality for patients with mNSCLC" meaning that whether the patient receives radiation, chemo, or checkpoint inhibitors, the level of lymphocyte count (ALC) is the critical biomarker for outcomes regardless of treatment modality.
The Saudi FDA recognized this immediately and on that basis approved Anktiva for the treatment of 2nd line lung cancer who relapsed following standard of care.
Pazdur further states "As further prospective clinical trial information is collected, the role of the LIPI score can be better defined." Stay tuned.
GOOD! That makes me like her even more. Who cares how much she spent or didn't spend on it. As long as she liked it and feels her best in it - that's what matters. At least, I thought that's what feminists were supposed to demand - or does that only apply to people the left like?
I don't understand how you justify abc (rightfully) canceling Roseanne for her disgusting, vile, and hateful "joke", but then stand behind them not firing Kimmel for his hateful, vile and disgusting "joke".
Jimmy Kimmel absolutely has a 1st Amendment right to make hateful, vile and disgusting statements and abc/Disney absolutely has a right to say they don't wish to be associated with or promote those disgusting statements, exactly like they rightfully did with Roseanne.
@BernieSanders According to a recent pill, 80+% of voters support voter ID requirements. Maybe, just maybe, it's time for Congress to listen to the American people and pass the SAVE ACT.
There you go - fixed it for you.
