Yesterday we found a man sleeping rough in Chester, he was freezing cold in a thin sleeping bag lying directly on the pavement on Bridge St. Thankfully because of people supporting our ‘sponsor a bed the night’ fund, we were able to help him up & walk him straight into a nearby hotel for 2 nights, he also promised to come to the SHAC (Share Homeless Action Centre) today so we can try and help him longterm too.
