Agree with HC messaging or not but I don't think we should criticise those who promote any message in it whether it be a message to drivers, peds or cyclists.

Whether we follow the HC's message on clothing is up to us but its aim is to promote road safety so I don't think we should be criticising its promotion.

You tell us that a driver could clear that rider by 2m but won't tell us how close to the line you think that rider is for you to have made that assessment.
