@TripleNetInvest I got a notice today that rent for my 80-year-old rental house (with many old house problems and not in a good area of town) I share with another tenant is going up $600 as of Oct 1. This is on top of a $250 increase in April. This can't continue.

@BrandiKruse I just heard and am stunned. I was just thinking the past two weeks how much I hate to think of him retiring one day. Now I think if only it were just that. I have been listening for almost 25 yrs nearly every day , talked to him several times. What a loss to our area.
