@totalcurtis @WBOnline_ @CAMRA_Official But how do you reach people that have the platform to bring awareness of these beers without scale? The likes of the Craft Beer Festivals are fab, maybe they could promote smaller, local breweries?

@snacksEV It shouldn't be free, but a unit cost of solar or wind should be a lot cheaper than that of gas. Once people feel that benefit, the change will come a lot quicker.

@snacksEV The best thing we can do is decouple the cost of electricity from the price of gas generation. People need to see the financial benefit of wind and solar & right now there isn't any unless you have home panels.

@totalcurtis @WBOnline_ @CAMRA_Official Surely that's scale though? A small brewery won't have enough capacity to reach a nationwide market so they stay local & just make great beer. Which is why I always try to find the local beers no matter where I am.

@MartinSLewis The other problem is that the bands don't change so people end up getting dragged in them just by regular pay rises. I know it's an unpopular opinion but £60k is not what it used to be.

@MartinSLewis The minimum maintenance loan should cover all accommodation fees as a minimum. Parents & students shouldn't have to worry about whether they can find somewhere to live.

@totalcurtis I was referring to George's Cockleboats, micro brewery from Wakering in Essex, it's a stunning beer. Boltmaker is pretty rare down here unfortunately.
