Two things come to mind when I see this:

1. Are these inscriptions pre-650 or post-650? If pre-650, they don't prove the Qur'ān hasn't been altered. They simply reinforce the notion that the specific portions of the Qur'ān which these inscriptions reflect became stable early on, even prior to the Qur'ān’s canonization. That tells us nothing about portions of the Qur'ān not reflected by these inscriptions.

2. If they are post-650, this simply means that the specific portions of the Qur'ān which these inscriptions reflect were not altered after Uthman's canonization thereof, a point which the overwhelming majority of people (Muslim or otherwise) already agree with.
