@JetBlue 2hrs and 21min hold time so far to change a flight tonight that has a 2 hr weather delay! Corporate… what kind of service is this? No service! Totally unacceptable!!! TV WiFi and A/C not working on the way here!!! What’s going on??? Really bad!!!
