@Qantas very disappointing experience that I’m not being assisted with my damaged bag as a business customer and am being passed off to the partner airline.
@thevivafrei@CollinRugg@FlyFrontier I had an experience like this with @FlyFrontier in Atlanta. Their gate agent was on a power trip because I told him they were being discriminatory and tried not to let us on the flight. A supervisor intervened and immediately let us on. They have a major customer service issue.
@united my entire family is headed to Australia but my brother’s connecting flight is delayed, need your help getting him an alternate option so he doesn’t miss lax to Sydney
@FedEx@FedExHelp your downtown Chicago drivers don’t do their jobs and they never deliver. Supervisor never ever calls or follows up. Lied about a unit number being wrong, I literally called in anticipation of FedEx once again screwing it up and they STILL lied.
@FlyFrontier I’m absolutely astounded by these agents of yours. They told us customers don’t pay their bills and acted in a completely discriminatory manner. I’ve never experienced such a flagrant abuse of power.
@AmexBusiness to add to the horrendous customer service, now we are allowing lounges to not allow customers who have well behaved pets in carriers? You’re trying very hard to lose business.
@AmexBusiness your customer service has become absolutely horrendous. Very disappointed in who you are hiring and their lack of support for a business that exclusively uses Amex for hundreds of thousands a year. No wonder everyone is dropping you.
@onepeloton truly one of the worst customer service experiences. There is a reason your stock is dropping and I cannot wait until you are out of business.
