Your bad health is the result of your bad habits. To improve your health, you must improve your eating habits.
This requires conscious effort initially. Make the habits small and easy to do then build momentum from there.
Your success is determined by your food environment.
Was able to get a pork chops & chicken breast for dinner with steak bites. Servers really get awkward when you tell them just the meat please. Lol. Some still brought items I didn't ask for.
Hey restaurants BE VERY CLEAR HOW YOU PREPARE FOOD & what comes with an entree. It's so frustrating to read the menu, order & get something you can't eat because it never mentions it or wastes food.
Sitting at a classic family dinner for breakfast. Looking around lots of older people with big bellies, walkers, canes, talking about health issues as they load their plates with toast, potatoes, jelly, etc. Tells the story.
My dinner tonight...6 oz filet mignon and crab legs with sauteed mushrooms. Pure heaven. I did have wine π· with dinner as it's our 20th wedding anniversary otherwise I normally don't drink.
@ScepticalDoctor Gotta have some fat with my protein to find my happy satiety. Everyone's fat & protein needs are different. I can add a small amount of fat (6-15 gram) plus a lean protein & I'm good.
