@cathaypacific Hi. My elderly parents and autistic sister are stranded in Tokyo due to typhoon. Flights cancelled twice, but kind agent put them on Tuesday’s flight home. They’ve now just been bumped via sms to Thursday. I really need them safe and home. Please help! Please!
