Dear @nextofficial I’m really sorry but I received an order late due to it being sent to the wrong store & when I got it it was squished into a bag and was so creased it is ruined. Obviously taking it back to store. Not impressed.

@nextofficial Hi, arranged a collection for Saturday as I knew that no one would be home today, tomorrow or Friday during the day. You can see that I got an email confirming the collection. Evri turned up today and collect. I have no idea if or when they are coming back.

طلبنا من "Next" بتاريخ 8 مارس (قبل عيد الفطر)، وكان التوصيل عن طريق @Aramex_KSA ، وعند التتبع يفيدوننا بأن الشحنة تحت اجراءات التخليص الجمركي، مع العلم بأننا قمنا بتعبئة بيانات التخليص في 11 مارس، واليوم 8 أبريل وصلت الشحنة بعد انتهاء العيد وحاجتي لها!
