@nextofficial Just wow! I’m aware of my rights & I don’t have to speak to you on the phone. I have the right to have everything in writing for proof. Is there someone who can deal with this or not? Someone who isn’t going to shame someone for not using the phone.
@nextofficial Made Next CS aware that I’m disabled & in ill health but would wait downstairs for my parcels to be collected. I waited from 8-6 on 4 separate days with 4 no shows. I’m sick of apologies, either pick up or just refund.

An Amazon driver accidentally broke my letter box over 2 months ago. I’ve been trying since then to get compensation to get another one, as the fault is not mine. I suppose when a company is this big it doesn’t need to care about individual customers.
@AmazonHelp Your delivery driver broke my letter box mid January. I’m still waiting for your customer service to agree compensation. How long does it take???
@Dominos_UK Ordered for a special treat. Very disappointed. Pizzas were tasteless. Garlic bread wasn’t cut. No big deal but showed they’d rushed. Wrong dip sent. 1st world problems but still annoyed.
@CustomerS_Tesco Ive followed you before. I have to repeatedly do the security checks which means staying on twitter as there’s an hour window, which no one can possibly do. I understand there needs to be security but there has to be a better way to communicate.
@tescomobile I have given you enough time to sort this out. It’s been over 2 months. I will now contact the ombudsman to mediate. I will also inform them of your reticence to assist because I won’t use the phone due to a speech impediment.
@ClientAssistTM1 I have. This has been going on for months. I’ve been paying for a phone for over 2 years my daughter cannot use. I do hope I’ll be refunded for all the months she’s not been able to use it. You have the proof because someone has already checked.
@tescomobile I genuinely can’t believe the incompetence of Tesco Mobile. They’ve made me feel like I’m making it difficult for them by not using the phone. I have a recurring speech issue. I messaged complaints weeks ago and still no reply.
@AmazonUK Another driver has broken my letter box. I don’t have an issue with him personally as it’s not intentional, but I still shouldn’t have to pay for a new letter box when the fault is not mine.
@DmTesco This is taking weeks and weeks to do via twitter and I can’t currently use the phone. Can I not contact via email? My daughter still has a non working phone and it’s ridiculous and frustrating.
@Tesco Ur CS are the worst I’ve experienced. I’m disabled & can’t always use the phone. You’ve made me feel like this is an issue & there is no suitable alternative. Shame on you! I’ve been waiting 3 weeks 4 help on a 2 year contract that’s not been working
