As the week comes to an end, give yourself permission to pause. Don’t wait until stress becomes exhaustion, burnout or crisis before you respond to it. Prevention starts with recognizing the signs early and making space to recover. Even 30 intentional minutes to breathe, move, disconnect and truly rest can help break the cycle of accumulated stress. Protect your mental wellbeing before you reach your limit. Prevention matters. 💛 Pause. Breathe. Rest. Reset. #HirokoMapleFoundation #StressPrevention #MentalHealthPrevention #MentalWellbeing #BurnoutPrevention #HealthyCommunities

🙏🏽 #RDC #Cyclisme

Go where you’re wanted!! There’s a difference between “we got a spot for you” and “we want you here” The best place isn’t always the nicest, it’s where the opportunity is real Don’t wait on that offer… someone else will take it!
