Absolutely disgusting that @ReadingCouncil has made EVERY road where I live parking permit and because my flat isn't in the scheme but the road I live on is I am not allowed to BUY visitor permits. So the council are basically saying my disabled mother can't visit me. Thanks.

Extremely disappointed that @ReadingCouncil made all roads in my area parking permit zones and even though my building is exempt from scheme it means I am not allowed visitor permits and therefore no visitors including my disabled mum. Who are they to dictate who can visit?
