A #myriad of colours raced past her. Familiar fields & trees disappearing into the distance. Her heart ached for the home she’d left 30 minutes ago, but she knew that ‘home’ hadn’t existed for years. She imagined his face & the new colours around her turned into rainbows #vss365.
Help is letting it out. Please don’t set up camp there because we need you in the dirty and difficult real world fighting with us. But please let yourself cry, shout and shake and know that I’ll be here whenever you want to throw those feelings out, because you are loved 💙

In an effort to fight depression and anxiety we often bottle it all up and don’t give ourselves permission to feel. So I want you to know it’s okay. What your feeling is okay, I know it’s not nice but it is 1/3
But it is human. Sadness, fear, anxiety, anger - they are all normal. So sit with them a little while, make friends with them and take away some of their power. Because their presence hurts. And fighting them hurts. And letting them be hurts, but the one most likely to 2/3
