AAOI的意义在于其read-through：总的来看营收创纪录+Q3指引大幅跳增也就是$255-290M vs Q2的$191.9M，这意味着800G/1.6T需求确实在加速兑现，不再是纸面故事

同时管理层重申”需求持续超过产能到2027年中”，这是对整个光互联供应链需求强度的正面验证，逻辑上利好SIVE这类上游激光/衬底标的的叙事，这一点我们在 $AXTI 和 soietic的财报也能看出来，这说明了反复验证了光互联的供应需求

另外我们需要关注的亮点在于：

800G出货量环比翻倍以上，CEO Thompson Lin对于这一点特别强调

对于Q3 2026 的指引我们也需要看一下：

营收$255-290M，环比再跳增约33-51%

Non-GAAP毛利率29-30.5%

Non-GAAP净利润$10.1-24.0M，对应EPS $0.11-0.26（约9280万股基础）

这个Q3指引还是相当激进，如果兑现意味着盈利能力明显加速。

但我们要注意的是什么呢？

首先就是明面上的问题GAAP层面亏损在扩大，不是缩小，GAAP净亏损$22.8M（EPS -$0.28），比去年同期的$9.1M亏损扩大了一倍多，所以我们环比看也比Q1的$14.3M亏损更差，这和”non-GAAP扭亏为盈”（$5.5M净利润）的叙事形成反差，我认为市场会质疑，剔除的那些费用比如股权激励、摊销等，到底有多少是”一次性”的

另外毛利率方面：

GAAP毛利率27.7%，低于去年同期的30.3%，也低于Q1的29.1%，虽然non-GAAP毛利率29.8%环比略有改善。放量的同时利润率被稀释，说明规模效应还没完全体现或者定价压力仍在。

刚刚说了他们的Q3指引还不错，但也存在问题Q3指引区间很宽$255-290M，这里的上下限相差$35M，说明管理层自己对产能爬坡节奏也没有十足把握，如果最终落在区间下沿，市场情绪会进一步降温。

当然，基本面没问题非常好！但前面已经涨很多了，财报后不一定能继续往上冲，需要有心理预期
