A few questions for you if I may Tanaiste @LeoVaradkar? We’re currently in the process of hiring 2 chefs from abroad (because we can’t get any in IE) & we’ve been told the process will take 5/6 months. Our industry is in CRISIS and it feels like nothing is being done to help us.
