Unlocking Digital Health: Inequalities in the adoption of a Patient Portal https://t.co/tr3hjivQOp Some firm evidence for digital inequalities. I am not saying we have made things worse I am just saying that we can measure things better. We will work to mitigate.
@MakingSenseHQ@RichardDawkins You cite a Jewish agent provocateur whose only reason to come to the march was to gain publicity. If that person had any other reason to be there I’ll give £500 to the charity of your choice. Regrettably I have withdrawn my subscription. Go well!
@MakingSenseHQ@RichardDawkins I think you’ve lost perspective on the situation in UK. I have been on marches. They are largely about non-Muslims supporting Palestinians of any religion. You “discuss” with a geneticist stuff on which he had no real opinion.
.@surreycricket loving this by the water fountain but why oh why do you have these flames? How much CO2 and carbon is going up in smoke with this infantilism? @emmrad
@RestIsPolitics@RoryStewartUK@campbellclaret https://t.co/2ZvpoU6oIH This was brilliantly measured from Rory. A very interesting demonstration of how to debate without provoking (there were many opportunities not taken). Also demonstrates the danger of theory in the absence of lived experience. Would Rory reflect on it?

@GaryMcAllister Yes, its fabulous. We are now shutting down the Local Care Record (a shared care record for SE London) in favour of the London Care Record. We ended up with 15.5million views @GaryMcAllister. Not a bad return for something cooked up in Unit 5 of at King's.
Our survey on attitudes to health tech and data finds that on balance the public is happy with a range of uses for their data, including research and development of new medicines.
However younger people are less likely to trust the NHS with their data ⬇️

🎄 Behind advent calendar door number 1! 🏥 Kings College Hospital NHS Trust, Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, The Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust have unwrapped a digital gift – data is now available pan London on the LCR @OneLondon4@SELondonICS
@OneLondon4@SELondonICS Looking forward to seeing November data and comparative data from across London. One-Click access from Epic at @GSTTnhs and @KingsCollegeNHS will have made a big difference. Are you watching, Chris Rolfe? @cormbreen
@murrayellender @TheDrJonty @dremmaryan@KingsCollegeNHS@kingshealth You were definitely holding hands with your future wife, across the patient’s bed. Although to be fair my memory may be a bit vague as it was 20+ years ago.
@GaryMcAllister Many people struggling elsewhere but they are learning fast. Inevitably, Much more learned after Go Live than before. I
Wonder whether basic workflows could be
Practiced in a basic system well in advance.
Why I enjoyed clinic today
1. Several unexpected people taught me different things that helped me do my work
2. I was able to see six patients (I know it’s not many 😊)
3. Add visit reason
4. Add snomed coded Problem list
5. Add snomed coded Visit diagnosis
