@JetBlue Flight was just delayed another 50 minutes. Original take off 9:10 now 10:51pm? How about we reconsider the policy before this is ultimately canceled?
@JetBlue My flight 2066 from RSW is delayed again with recent history of cancellations, I’m deeply concerned I won’t get home tonight. I offered to switch to 1350 and Uber from MHT at my own cost, but was stonewalled. I’m just asking for flexibility given the risk. Please help.
@JetBlue Don’t be sorry, fix the problem proactively. You are going to let this escalate into a customer service nightmare. Instead of fortifying yourself behind policy, put your self in our shoes? This isn’t a weather delay, this is your issue that you are forcing my family to own.

@JetBlue I am following, I was just stonewalled by customer service. It’s the last flight out, what are my options when this flight is canceled? This is not service, it’s a hard line in the sand over a 3 hour delay policy? Exceptional service is about considering individual situations.
I cancelled @comcast Xfinity services this evening. The cable/internet has not worked correctly since Feburary. They provide arguably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Gave them every opportunity to retain us, I guess they wanted us to have @dish
I’m so gutted by Anthony Bourdain’s passing because he embodied a sense of adventure, celebration of uniqueness and joi de vivre I was so inspired by. Goes to show that even if you travel to the ends of the earth, you cannot escape your own mind’s torment.
