Suba South Member of Parliament Caroli Omondi has dismissed the resolution of ODM National Executive Committee (NEC), which officially removed Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna from the Secretary General position.

Omondi argues that Sifuna’s ouster was unprocedural, unfair and contrary to the party’s constitution.

ODM’s NEC on Monday said it had considered a report by the party's Internal Dispute Resolution Committee (IDRC), which endorsed Sifuna’s removal from office.
