Today, I received a very strange & horrifying message. An unknown person wrote that my husband, Siarhei, has died in Zhodino prison. There is no evidence or proof for this claim. This isn't the first time such rumors have circulated & I don’t know how to comment on this. I haven't heard from Siarhei since March 9th & lawyers are denied access to him.

OTD in 1944, Minsk was liberated from Nazi occupation. We are still fighting for freedom - now under the triple threat of Lukashenka, Putin & Prigozhin. We are fighting for the day when #Belarus will have a new Independence Day to celebrate, free of tyranny & Russian imperialism.

1,496 political prisoners in #Belarus. And the number is still increasing. E.g. #MikalaiKlimovich died in penal colony. He was earlier sentenced to 12 months in prison for reacting on social media to a caricature of #Lukashenko. #FreeViasna
