It’s interesting how quickly some people stop debating the issue and start attacking the person. Instead of responding to your argument, they attack your nationality, your finances, your background, your family, or your past. When someone has to tear you down personally instead of addressing what you said, it often shifts the conversation away from the facts.

As Christians, we’re called to speak the truth in love, show respect, and treat others with dignity, even when we strongly disagree. You don’t have to agree with someone to treat them with kindness. A person’s character is revealed not by how they treat those who agree with them, but by how they treat those who don’t. #GOD #faith.

Growing up, many of us were taught to believe our government would protect us and always act in the best interests of the American people.
