Kudos to Supreme court for establishing parallel judicial system. Supreme court should transfer their all cases to military courts, it is already practically under direction of someone else.

Military courts in Pakistan are not independent courts…Amnesty International has documented a catalogue of human right violations stemming from trying civilians in military courts in Pakistan, including flagrant disregard for due process, lack of transparency, coerced confessions, and executions after grossly unfair trials. Therefore, any indication that the trial of civilians could be held in military courts is incompatible with Pakistan’s obligations under international human rights law.

The sentences announced by military courts against PTI detainees are repugnant to the norms of justice. The detainees are civilians and cannot be tried by military courts. Military courts trying and sentencing civilians are basically kangaroo courts. Military courts cannot lawfully share the judicial power of the State because the armed forces are part of the executive authority of State and the creation of such courts to try civilians for ordinary civil offenses 'not only militates against the independence of judiciary but it also negates the principle of trichotomy of power which is the basic feature of the Constitution' (PLD 1999 SC 504). @PTIofficial

The extremely invested way the uniforms have indulged in and used their "skills" against the People in recent years... once law & order and constitution are restored, the black sheep in the ranks must be prosecuted. On the other hand, they joined up TLP and JUI staged protests.
