BREAKING: Abia State House of Assembly has written to Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

The lawmakers passed the resolution on 10th November 2025, calling Kanu’s continued detention a matter of urgent public concern. They asked the President to invoke Section 174(c) of the Constitution, which allows the Attorney General to enter a nolle prosequi and end the trial before judgment.
