Used my home-grown, extra-spicy, dehydrated bird-eye chilis, pounded with dried fennel, and (what was the gin you used???) @rivigin: DELICIOUS. Love the way the fennel cools.

@ScottCaanCom Your dad was pretty wonderful, it seems, even off-camera. So sad he’s gone, but I’m so glad to have his movies still available. He remains one of my all-time favorites, with “Thief” by @MichaelMann as one of my top-fave movies — and I’m not even 50yo.
