எவ்வளவு பெரிய பாரம்பரிய நிறுவனமாக இருந்தாலும், வரும் வருமானம் குறையும் போது கையில் இருக்கும் காசை சும்மா வைத்திருந்தால் அது கரைந்து போகும் என்பது தான் நிதர்சனம். 100 வருட பாரம்பரியம் கொண்ட கோவிலாக இருந்தாலும் சரி, நம்முடைய போர்ட்ஃபோலியோ ஆக இருந்தாலும் சரி, காலத்திற்கு ஏற்றபடி வளரவில்லை என்றால் காணாமல் போய்விடுவோம்.

பணத்தை ஒரு இடத்தில் தேக்கி வைப்பது பாதுகாப்பு கிடையாது, அது ஒரு ரிஸ்க். உங்கள் தேவைகள் மற்றும் செலவுகள் வளரும் வேகத்திற்கு ஈடாக உங்கள் முதலீடுகளும் வளர வேண்டும். துறவிகளே இதை உணர்ந்து மார்க்கெட்டிற்கு வரும்போது, சாதாரண முதலீட்டாளர்களுக்கு இதில் பெரிய மெசேஜ் இருக்கிறது.

மார்க்கெட் ஏற்ற இறக்கம் தரும் பயத்தை விட, கையில் இருக்கும் பணம் அதன் மதிப்பை இழப்பது தான் நிஜமான ஆபத்து.

Why is Milky Mist high protein paneer packet puffing up even though it's still 2 weeks to expiry?

It was the same with the Milky mist normal paneer that I bought few days back. That puffed up too despite 10 days left to expiry.

I bought them from Ratnadeep and came home and refrigerated it within 15 minutes. So, cold chain is maintained. I even bought some cheese and tofu that day. They are fine.

This never happened with any paneer before, not even with Milky mist. This is the first time 2 different Milky mist paneers appear spoilt.
