@Lingotrans @serratrad ... I will aim for at least twice the RAM and 3.6 Ghz in my next PC, hopefully in a year or two. I think that investing in a good tool that survives heavy usage over 6-7 years is a good idea.

@Lingotrans @serratrad Again, if you buy higher specs than what you need today, you will be already equiped to handle the software you will be using tomorrow. Go as high as your budget allows. My PC is 5 years old, i7, 2.1 Gz processor and 8 Gb RAM. It is starting to have problems to cope...
