@texasrunnerDFW @Fire5280 People diss it but the NYT rest vs buy calculator is timeless. Bottom line is for markets with lots of available land buying should be close or cheaper on a. Five year basis. Areas with little land it’s usually much more to buy vs rent.

@Rory_Johnston Take star ferry across harbor not subway. It’s fab and gives you a much better feel for the place. If you like nightlife there are multiple cabaret places that can be pretty fun. If you want some exercise walk up Victoria peak and do a loop around the top while enjoying views
