@ScotiabankHelps I shouldn’t count myself as fortunate in this but I am one of the ones able to see my balances. Unfortunately they don’t add up - missing 7 charges from last weekend still. What else is missing that I don’t know? I am afraid to pay my bills in case that also goes missing

Hey @scotiabank - I reported a scam today for a phone call from 855-475-1557 that new my name and was confirmed that this was NOT a Scotia # yet I got an email that looks VERY official telling me to call a similar number - 855-475-1559. Is there a hack? my account is up to date..

@Aeroplan Hello! I ordered a physical gift card 3 weeks ago, and the order still says pending.... it was supposed to be 2-4 week delivery, but Pending seems to mean it has not been processed...should I be concerned?
