If ballots can’t be tied to the envelopes,
somebody needs to check how many ballot packets each county mailed out, the total print count on the ballot printer, the after-hour entry/exit logs of the county and state counting centers, and how many security seals were ordered and used — and ensure that all are accounted for and that there are no numerical gaps in the sequence. I want proof that there are no anomalies, that everything jives, that our ballots are not being replaced. Don’t you?

God bless Ralph Cushnie! Much respect and appreciation for ALL his efforts to make our elections verifiable! They can’t stonewall him forever. Please keep pressing. Please keep shining the light. Please keep bringing awareness. There’s no way Scott Nago can continue to get away with this unlawful bullshit.

We can’t just sit back and blindly trust the process if election officials aren’t following basic election protocols and rules. We’re not idiots and election officials are not above the law, especially not Scott Nago. And, Ralph needs more than our support, he needs our help.

Scott Nago recently told Hawaii News Now, “The ballots are mixed up. Once we open the envelope, there’s no way of tying the ballot to the envelope.” Nago stated under oath to the Hawaii Supreme Court that the ballot counts are obtained from the Statewide Voter Registration System (SVRS). The state doesn’t receive anything from the counties, just the envelopes. Here, Nago says he is working on standardizing the forms and process as required under HAR §11-98 and HAR §3-177-453 for the upcoming election. BUT, DID HE? NO!!!!! Failure to follow election rules and laws is a crime.

If the counties are not maintaining daily chain of custody and transfer logs accounting for the number of envelopes received and transferred to the state as required under HAR §3-177-453(b), how can we trust the accuracy of the resulting counts provided by the SVRS if we can’t cross check/verify it. That’s the whole purpose HAR §3-177-453(b)exists isn’t it??

Lack of chain of custody and transfer logs has been a recurring topic of contention in every Elections Commission meeting for the past two years. The counties failed to provide these logs in the 2024 election and are repeating the same unlawful shit in this election. How the fuck are they getting away with this?

Then to learn that there is no way of tying the ballots to the envelopes after it’s removed….OMG!! That has me trippin big time. Maybe I’m overthinking this, but if the ballots can’t be tied to the envelopes, how do we know if the ballots being counted are the ballots we cast? What if the ballots we cast were tossed and replaced? The ballots are printed in house by the Office of Elections so it is possible. I mean if county officials can’t even comply and do what is required under HAR §3-177-453(b), I’m not confident that they wouldn’t do that. Are you????

I don’t care if someone sees who I voted for. I care about fair, transparent and verifiable elections. How hard would it be to print a bar or QR code on the ballot that ties it to the envelope for the voting system to read if privacy is an issue? That would keep ballots private, but still trackable even if it is all mixed up. Voters should be able to obtain a copy of their cast ballot if they want it. I say this because my BallotTrax record shows that my ballot was received in the 2022 General Election but I know damn well I did not vote in 2022. But, clearly somebody did. And, I’m not able to get a copy of that ballot or even the envelope so I can look at the signature and I AM FUCKEN PISSED! That’s personal proof for me that there is straight up some shady shit going on with our elections. I can’t help but wonder how many other people who were registered, but didn’t vote, also show that a ballot was accepted????

And, we’re supposed to just blindly trust the process…..FUCK THAT!!

And, if ballot envelopes are transferred in batches from the counties to the state, wtf is the state mixing up the ballots and envelopes instead of keeping each county’s separate? In case of a contest, as there is now, there is no way a recount can be conducted without recounting all the ballots. Or, choosing an egg from a lauhala basket, please. Makes no fucken sense.

There is still that 19,042 unresolved ballot discrepancy for Hawaii County that exists from the 2024 election. Why hasn’t that been investigated yet? They won’t even let us count the fn envelopes. According to the deputy AG they must remain sealed for 22 months. What a crock shit.

The upcoming November General Election is extremely important as we have the opportunity to vote all these corrupt mf’s outa here. From Josh Green on down.
