Dear Esteemed Stakeholder,

Greetings from Tororo - Nagongera.

I, Okello Faith Ronald, write to formally express my intention and invite you to join hands in forming a new political party in Uganda to be known as NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC PARTY (NDP) with symbol White Dove for Peace.

WHY NDP? WHY NOW?
For long, Ugandans have yearned for a party that puts People First. Progress Always. A party that is:
- United - beyond tribe, religion and region
- Inclusive - youth, women, elders, PWDs all included
- Forward - focused on jobs, health, education and justice

NDP is that new home.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A STAKEHOLDER:

We are currently at the reservation stage with Electoral Commission. To complete registration, we need:

a) Your consent to be listed as a Founding Member / Promoter (50 members needed)
b) Your National ID copy and signature
c) Your ideas for the Party Constitution and Manifesto
d) Your mobilization support in your district

We are organizing a Founders Meeting in Tororo - Nagongera on 15th Oct 2028 to elect interim leaders and sign Form 1 & Form 2.

Maj Gen Wilberforce Serukuma Karate, the 4th Infantry Division Commander, has expressed frustration over the failure of most residents of Gulu City to participate in the National Cleaning Day exercise, noting that no one should be forced to keep his or her environment clean.

Maj Gen Serukuma said that despite the fact that many of the residents are aware of the exercise, the majority choose to stay and watch.
