I’m deeply humbled to receive an award at #AfrEA25 recognizing my contributions to evaluation in Africa. Thank you @tweet_afrea for this tremendous honor!
I remain fully committed to strengthening meaningful and influential evaluations across Africa and the globe.
In celebrating 25 years of @tweet_afrea we had the opportunity to honour Dr. Sulley Gariba, who believed that impact should not only be measured but also understood through the eyes of those it seeks to serve.

Some of the challenges faced by young emerging evaluators include:
1) Facing intimidation by more senior evaluators.
2) Not being given a chance or lack of opportunities given to evaluate.
3) Too many capacity building initiatives and no follow-up.
