@ChickfilA love the Sanford NC restaurant. Janet is amazing. She is always so kind and helpful. My hubby is in a wheelchair and if she sees us coming she helps with the doors. It tends to be hard getting a wheelchair through two sets of doors by myself. Thank you Janet❤️

@lazboy Just please explain how calling the customer to do an “inspection” works. Do you expect the customer to lift the chair?

@lazboy repair process is awful. told technician has to call you &do a virtual visit.What? All they are going to see is me since I cannot lift the chair to show where the broken part is. scheduled 2 hrs later I called them..oops they had a system problem so now wait 3wks for call
