@edzitron The worry would be that investors wouldnt care much about the quality of the startup / how real their demand is if it can be turned into data center financing and sold off with some nice fees collected.

@edzitron The diagram seems to be missing the arrow where the same investor guarantees the investment for the customer to enter into the lease. Which than becomes demand for new data centers to be financed and sold off.
